• Additional requests, such as extended waiting time, extra stops, route changes, or vehicle upgrades, will incur additional charges. Overtime billing is strictly calculated in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.
• Declined payments, fraudulent chargebacks, or invalid card details may result in immediate booking cancellation without notice.

6. User Responsibilities & Passenger Conduct
